Code of ethics and company mission

Our mission

We are promoters of hospitality shaped by beauty—not only the beauty that nature provides us but also an all-encompassing experience that satisfies not only the sensory aspect but, above all, the emotional needs of our guests. Our work is founded on passion and an economic approach that places people at the center, ensuring that every vacation is a special moment, carefully crafted and made perfect.

The ultimate purpose

Why do we do what we do? What is our goal? Our goal is to understand, learn, communicate, and ultimately act to best satisfy every single guest. We do not aim for standard responses, which would result in a sterile and merely adequate service. Instead, we strive for unique responses, making our interaction with the customer refined, delicate, and personal. This makes the beauty of our offer unforgettable—an offer that is multifaceted, creative, and flexible.

Tools

How do we do what we do? Based on the uniqueness of each customer, we implement every service with the utmost professionalism, creating an immediate sense of pleasure and positivity. HBA also integrates the personal potential of each individual and the team at all levels, aiming to make the sense of "familiarity"—which has always distinguished us—tangible and appreciable. This is the foundation on which we continue to believe and build.

What we offer

What do we do? We offer a "timeless" place, a "place of beauty," a "place of smiles"... a small corner of paradise. And this is exactly what customers seek, now more than ever. How do we make this possible? Through the dedication of every team member—from cleanliness to food, from caring for the surrounding nature to the communication we foster within our team and with our guests. We offer a temporal experience that remains among the most cherished memories of our clients, making them eager to relive it again and again.

Economy of communion

"A new philosophy of doing business."
Hotel Baia Azzurra adheres to the Economy of Communion project and is a member of AIPEC (Association of Entrepreneurs for an Economy of Communion). With conviction and enthusiasm, we are part of this community of entrepreneurs, professionals, companies, and scholars who aim to promote a responsible, supportive, and proactive economic approach. Today, the Economy of Communion is a global reality, growing and constantly evolving, thanks to healthy, competitive businesses that place humans at the center of their activities and work to spread an economic model where the "common good" is the true protagonist.

Entrepreneurs, workers, and businesses
Companies adhering to the Economy of Communion define their "corporate mission" by adopting sharing as a fundamental value at every level of their organization. Roles and functions are clearly defined and exercised with a spirit of service and responsibility. Leadership style is participatory, and corporate objectives are shared and transparently evaluated, with a particular focus on the quality of relationships among all stakeholders.
02

Relationships with customers, suppliers, financiers, civil society, and external stakeholders
Business members commit professionally to building and strengthening good, open relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community, which they consider an integral part of their mission. Companies interact fairly and civilly with competitors, suppliers, customers, civil society, and public administrations, viewing them as essential partners.

Workplace harmony
The beauty and harmony of workplaces serve as the first business card of an EdC company, as communion is also beauty—not through luxury but through simplicity. Workspaces reflect the harmony of relationships and are part of the business culture. Cleanliness, hygiene, and order create a welcoming environment for employees,
